Client: Jesus College, Oxford

Location: Lincoln

DNS is part of a team working on behalf of Jesus College, Oxford promoting land to the Southeast of Lincoln. This land has been promoted through the Regional Spatial Strategy and the Local Development Framework and is currently in the master planning stage.

Jesus College, Oxford is one of the major land holders in the area and the site is likely to accommodate the expansion of the city of Lincoln, to include up to 10,000 new dwellings, employment, retail and community infrastructure, as well as a new bypass. Both the planning and design teams are involved in this project.
