DNS were appointed by competitive tender by Cheltenham Borough Council to create a master plan to regenerate the Coronation Square district of the town. The master planning exercise examined the existing weaknesses and constraints of this deprived area, and addressed the development opportunities which held the potential to regenerate the area.
