Client: Guide Dogs for the Blind Association
Location: Noak Hill, Brentwood
DNS represent the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association as planning and design advisors on a number of property assets across the country including the development of a master plan for a specialist ‘Dog Supply Centre’ and office buildings at the association’s Brentwood site at Noak Hill.
Noak Hill is located in the open countryside and lies within two local authority boundaries in the greenbelt, requiring a sensitive design approach. In partnership with the client a scheme was developed which integrated into the countryside location providing a high quality dog training area and office units for Guide Dogs staff.
