Welland Farm

Location: Welland, Worcestershire

DNS were commissioned to design a high quality extension to a residential dwelling in Worcestershire. Previous attempts by other designers had failed to meet the high design standards required for this site, which is located in the AONB.

DNS produced a design which incorporated a high quality glazed link-way which incorporated a disused barn into the main dwelling. DNS are now involved in producing a landscaping and design master plan for the entire site and have recently gained planning permission for the residential conversion of a redundant barn.
