DNS were appointed to undertake a master planning exercise for the redevelopment of a derelict rural site in Leicestershire. The brief included the redevelopment of part of the site as an eco-friendly business park, including new access and landscaping.

Studio DNA developed a scheme for the erection of 9 business units which used the latest environmental technologies and local materials. Wood chip boilers and grass roofs were used to offset carbon emissions throughout the development. DNS provided planning, design and landscaping advice throughout this project.
